Far Cry Primal equipment

The Equipment in Far Cry Primal consists of several categories. There are different weapons, which require certain items to craft and upgrade. Takkar also utilizes a grappling hook, food items with several effects and a menagerie of animal companions.

Crafting

Being active 10,000 BCE, Takkar learned to live of the land and utilize whatever items he has at hand. There are several people who show him how to build and upgrade his weapons to become more effective.

Weapon & ammo crafting

Ammunition can be crafted in the weapon wheel (hold ). Regular spears and clubs will be consumed after extended use and have to be recraftet aswell.

Weapon upgrade

Takkar's upgrades unlock new weapons and improve their quality.

Wogah Wogah joins the Wenja Village after finishing Trapped. He has the same amount of upgrade possibilities as Takkar, which mostly concern storage capacities, the grappling hook, traps and shards.

Jayma and her hunters join the Wenja village after On The Hunt. She upgrades the bow and unlocks the sling.

Takkar aids Karoosh in Brother in Need and gains access to the two-handed club and winter clothing.

Dah attacks Takkar while the latter captures Big Darwa Fort. He is then forcefully taken to the Wenja Village under Takkars protection. He supplies the berserk bomb.

Roshani pleads for his life when Takkar meets him in the battle of Fire Screamer Fort. He is also under Takkars protection in the Wenja village and shows them how to grow crops. Takkar learns the utilization of fire bombs from him.
