Hanger Pains is a Prepper Stash in Far Cry 5. Prepper Stashes are mini-quests that offer exceptional rewards for completing.
Location
This stash is located at the Lansdowne Airstrip northwest of Dutch's Island and east and slightly north of Clagett Bay in Whitetail Mountains.
Finding the Stash
After reading the note, climb up the nearby radio tower. You will then need to wingsuit jump across the distance to reach the roof of the Hangar. This can be tricky to achieve for new players. Once on the roof, drop down through the open skylight.
Alternatively, take a helicopter if one is available and land of the roof, then jump down the open skylight.
Or, simply fast travel to the location through Air Drop and hold off pulling the parachute until the last second.

The stash includes:

- cash
- hunting location magazine (Hare)
- perk magazines.
