Álvaro Roco is a Yaran Black Market arms dealer with the full support of the FND and a crocodile enthusiast. He is the owner of the Cocodrilo Manor and intends to sell a sample of PG-240X to the highest bidder.
Like Simón Cavallo, his combat style like a FND Pistolero, except that he uses a pistol in combat rather than a Skorpion. He also has a crocodile following him.
Notes
"Quickly written note Selvador let slip that that glardiniere, Lee, hid Roco's money somewhere near that abandoned farm. Sal is shitting himself under, but if we give him a hand with the jaguars he'll give us a slice. Sounds like a good way to quit the army, especially considering this crappy guard post. There is only one problem: where is the key? I hope Lee wasn't wearing it when Roco fed it to the crocodiles. I don't want to look for the key in crocodile shit. In any case, it's worth a try, to get away from this fucking island. We could be drinking daiquiris in Miarni in a week."
"FUERZAS NACIONALES DE DEFENSA TO Álvaro Roco FROM Corporal Paz SUBJECT: Extermination of jaguars Señor, as per his orders, we have started the extermination of the jaguars in the west. A camp has been set up near the abandoned farm to track down the beasts. We expect to finish early next week. I also caught a jaguar that appears to have crocodile bite wounds. It could be the same specimen that killed his beloved Snappy. Consider it a tribute to my condolences. In witness whereof, Corporal Paz."
"MEMORANDUM:Customer care
To Cap Mosi Hamadache
By Avaro Roco OBJECT.
Late order Mr. Hamadache, I am pleased to inform you that I have obtained a good selection of weapons that will meet your needs in relation to the current situation. Although the miles of supply sources have been limited by recent geopolitical developments, I have managed to open up new channels, including an agreement with the Yaran government. I am sure you will be pleased with the selection of items, which includes small arms and a variety of small anti-tank weapons. I also now have access to the PG-240X should I wish to add it to the organization arsenal. Once you have verified that the attached list meets your needs, prepare the order from my co-workers for shipment. Thanks, Alvaro."
Trivia
- Álvaro Roco bears a certain resemblance to the Marvel villain known as the Kingpin.
